The XO Collection is currently available as part of our limited first pre-order release. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

• Pre-order items are final sale
• MOSSY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email mossyco.official@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
